These terms govern your digital integration and physical services with galleriesgrooves.beauty. By accessing our platform, booking private penthouse spaces, or registering for our professional masterclasses, you agree to these legally binding Terms of Service and all incorporated policies.
1. Scope of Luxury Creative Services
Galleries Grooves LLC offers premium artistic consulting, runway-inspired cosmetic styling, photographic portrait projects, and spatial acoustic branding. All physical services are rendered inside our keycard-accessed Penthouse Studio B located in New York, NY.
2. Dynamic Penthouse Booking & Financial Commitments
To reserve private, quiet access to our creative staff and studio layout, clients must agree to our billing structure:
- Studio Deposit Fees: Secure reservations require a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the chosen package value to reserve the physical penthouse space.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to your scheduled session without forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations or modifications initiated within the 48-hour window will result in complete forfeiture of the reservation deposit to compensate our on-duty artists and lighting coordinators.
- Late Arrivals: Sessions have fixed timing arrays. Late arrivals exceeding thirty (30) minutes may be considered a cancellation, with no refund of the deposit.
3. Intellectual Property, Copyright, & Visual Rights
As an avant-garde editorial studio, we hold our photographic art and sound projects in the highest regard:
- Studio Copyrights: Galleries Grooves LLC and its contributing photographers retain full, absolute, international copyright ownership of all raw and retouched photography, video recordings, and solfeggio audio files created during sessions.
- Client Usage License: Upon settling your balance, clients receive an exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license for finalized digital prints. This license covers digital portfolios, personal branding, and non-monetized social media sharing.
- Commercial Sublicenses: Commercial reproduction, wholesale resale, print marketing, or modifications of our photography are strictly prohibited without a separate, written Editorial Release Agreement signed by our creative director.
4. Soundscape & Audio Use Restrictions
All downloadable sound tracks and streamable solfeggio audio loops hosted on galleriesgrooves.beauty are for personal, relaxation-focused wellness use only. You may not broadcast our audio frequencies in commercial public spaces, nor bundle them inside physical or digital commercial products without direct corporate licensing.
5. Physical Penthouse Safety & Conduct Rules
Our NYC studio is an elite creative haven featuring highly expensive, delicate acoustics and medium-format photographic machinery. By entering, you agree to:
- Follow all instructions provided by on-duty studio coordinators and lighting engineers.
- Maintain a polite, professional tone. Galleries Grooves maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct toward our creative staff.
- Accept complete liability for damage to studio backdrops, lighting equipment, or sound hardware caused by willful neglect or reckless client behavior.
6. Health, Sensitivity, & Medical Disclaimer
We utilize clean, botanical, hypoallergenic cosmetic brands containing organic plant oils, raw minerals, and fine gold leafing. However, skin profiles differ:
- Sensitivities: It is the client's absolute responsibility to notify our styling team of any chemical allergies, skin conditions, or product sensitivities during the pre-arrival scheduling phase.
- Acoustic Sensitivities: Our 432Hz/528Hz spatial sound designs utilize deep sub-bass frequencies and continuous solfeggio waves. Guests sensitive to repetitive frequencies or sound waves should request the audio levels be lowered to soft ambient background decibels.
- Limitation of Liability: Galleries Grooves LLC is not liable for temporary dermal irritation or skin reactions, nor for unexpected sound sensitivities that arise during custom treatments.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Galleries Grooves LLC, its managing partners, creative contractors, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or misconduct within our Manhattan studio facility.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms and all related studio operations are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be initiated in courts located in New York County, NY.
